• Standard Policy: To cancel you must provide at least 24 hours' notice to get a full refund.

• Late Cancellations: If you cancel or request a reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, the session fee is non-refundable, but it is possible to rescedule. 

• Repeated Late Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice more than twice, the policy depends on your purchase. If you have a support package, you will forfeit that session. If you booked a single support session, you will receive an invoice for payment. 

• No-shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled session, the fee is forfeited.

Haneen Fertility Support provides mental and emotional support consultations related to fertility journeys. These sessions are for supportive purposes and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnostic-or psychiatric treatment.

When you book a session, I collect the following information:

• Contact information: Name, email, City.

• Payment data: Processed securely through Stripe (I do not store your credit card details).

• Consultation notes: Brief notes from our sessions to ensure continuity and the best possible support for you.

I process your data to:

• Manage your bookings and send reminders.

• Deliver the consultation services you have purchased.

• Comply with legal accounting requirements in Denmark.

• Confidentiality: Your personal journey and our conversations are strictly confidential.

• Storage: I only store your data as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned above or as required by Danish law (e.g., accounting records are kept for 5 years).

• Third-party processors: I use trusted services like Google Workspace (Calendar/Meet/Drive/Gemini) and Stripe to handle your bookings, write notes and payments. These providers are GDPR compliant.

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Access: You can request a copy of the data I have about you.

• Rectification: You can ask me to correct any inaccurate information.

• Erasure: You can request that I delete your data (except where I am legally required to keep it).

• Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw your consent for me to contact you at any time.

Your privacy is of utmost importance. Everything discussed during our sessions is confidential, except in rare cases where there is a legal obligation to report a risk of serious harm to yourself or others. 

While I strive to provide the best possible support, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as pregnancy. Fertility treatment is complex, and my role is to support your mental well-being throughout the process.
