This bundle (3 x 60 min) is designed to follow you through a full cycle or a challenging phase. The package is valid for 2 months from the date of purchase.

The support package include:

• 3x1 hour sessions

• Unlimited communication and support over text where i always reply the same day.

• 15 min check-ins over phone/video between sessions if you have trouble with the exercises we work on or would like support with hard situation/feeling.

• Immediate Miscarriage Support Should you suffer a loss between sessions, you have access to one free, immediate support session. This emergency session can be scheduled within 48 hours of the event. Navigating grief can be profoundly overwhelming, and this offering ensures you have a steadfast support system in place exactly when you need it most
